I'm Deepak Malhan — a two-time founder and hands-on engineering leader. I took an agency from a single developer to an 80-person organisation, delivered 500+ products for Fortune 500 clients across Europe and India, and then rebuilt the entire firm around AI agents.
That means I've seen software from every side that matters: pricing and scoping it, architecting it, shipping it under real deadlines and real compliance pressure — and, now, building it with AI. It's exactly the vantage point you want in someone giving you a second opinion.

Built the Bangalore operation from one developer to an 80-person engineering and delivery organisation. 220+ enterprise engagements, 500+ products, Fortune 500 clients, 85%+ repeat business — and, latterly, the firm's full transition to AI-native delivery.
2022 — 2026
Founder & CEO
AllThingsDev
Founded and scaled an agentic-AI and developer API marketplace to 400+ APIs, 10,000+ developers and ~100k API calls/day at peak — then made the disciplined call to wind it down as the market shifted.

Co-built a B2B asynchronous video-interviewing and assessment SaaS from concept to commercial deployment.

Delivered digital solutions for marquee clients including Colgate, Vodafone and Rivigo, then moved into a commercial role owning pre-sales and proposals.
